Learning and Growing Together

Weekly Family News

Ms. Andrea
At NECP, we believe that preparing students for their futures begins long before eighth grade. As part of our Soaring Toward Our Futures series, we've been encouraging students to dream big and think about the possibilities ahead of them.
During today's Community Meeting, we focused on the next step after NECP: high school!

Students learned about what high school looks like, the new classes and activities they can explore, and the exciting milestone of graduation. We also discussed how the skills and habits they're developing right now—from reading and problem-solving to responsibility and perseverance—are preparing them for future success.

Whether our students are in kindergarten or eighth grade, we want them to understand that their futures are full of possibilities. Our goal is to ensure that every Eagle leaves NECP prepared, confident, and ready to take on what's next.
At NECP, we're not just preparing students for the next grade. We're preparing them for their futures.

(Reminder) Do you have the ParentSquare App?

Have you downloaded the ParentSquare app on your phone yet? Downloading the app and turning on notifications are the best way to make sure you stay up to date on information from your student's teacher and NECP.

We currently have 52% of our parents have downloaded the app, but it would be great to see that number even higher!

Did you know you can also like posts from your student's teacher or from our school? It's a great way for us to know you've seen our messages.

(Reminder) Fall Family Night

Save the date for our fall family night on Thursday, November 12th from 6pm to 7pm.

We will also be hosting a high school fair so 8th grade families can begin to learn about high school options for their student.

We hope you can join us!

(Reminder) School Pictures
