Next week, we have parent/teacher conferences. We hope to have 100% of families participating! K-6 will have scheduled conferences with their student's teacher and 7th-8th grade have drop in conferences.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up next week! Parents of students in grades K-6 should have received communication from your child's teacher about how to sign up for a conference time. Parents of 7th and 8th grade students can drop in and visit their child's teacher any time during the conference sessions.
If you do not have a conference time yet, please reach out to your child's teacher as soon as possible!
Conferences are:
- Tuesday, October 13th 4pm-7pm
- Wednesday, October 14th 9am-3pm

Have you downloaded the ParentSquare app on your phone yet? Downloading the app and turning on notifications are the best way to make sure you stay up to date on information from your student's teacher and NECP.
We currently have 52% of our parents have downloaded the app, but it would be great to see that number even higher!
Did you know you can also like posts from your student's teacher or from our school? It's a great way for us to know you've seen our messages.

This week, we had many celebrations at our Friday community meeting last week! We celebrated our classes with the best attendance for the week, celebrated the students who earned the Top Eagle awards for their class by earning the most positive affirmations for the week and the classes with the cleanest classrooms with the Clean Nest award!

- Students do NOT need to be in uniform.
- If you would like to order pictures you can send the paper order form along with payment to school with your child on picture day. You can also order pictures online: mylifetouch.com. Our school code is EVTDJ9TXK.

We are still accepting applications for students to attend Northeast College Prep for the 2026-2027 school year! Applications can be found on our website and are available in English, Spanish, Somali, and Arabic.
