We have now completed our fall benchmark testing. Students complete tests in reading and math so we can identify their strengths and growth areas. Teachers are able to use this information to plan future lessons for their classes.
You will be receiving your student's testing reports very soon. If your student is in 4th-8th grade and attended NECP last year, you will also receive their MCA score report from last spring. Students who are identified English Language Learners will also receive their ACCESS test score reports.
We will send another communication when those score reports are sent home so you can watch for them in your student's backpack. You will be able to discuss the results with your student's teacher at conferences coming up later in November.
